Market Rules & By-Laws

All Kennebunk Farmers' Market vendors must abide by the KFM Association By-Laws and the KFM Market Rules. (Document downloads as a PDF.)

Membership Dues

Membership Dues for 2017 are $175 per single (10'x10') space. Returning vendors who fail to submit dues in full by March 1 will be charged a $25 late fee. A market space will not be reserved for vendors who fail to submit dues by April 1.

To Sell at KFM in 2017

Returning KFMA Members

2017 KFMA Vendor Applications are due March 1. Completed applications must include proof of insurance. Dues for 2017 will be announced in February and must be paid in full by April 1.

New KFMA Applicants

2017 KFMA Vendor Applications are due March 1. You are encouraged to submit photos, brochures, and other supplemental materials that support your application. Proof of insurance and payment of dues will be requested upon acceptance into the KFMA.

Day Vendors

2017 KFMA Day Vendor Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. You are encouraged to submit photos, brochures, and other supplemental materials that support your application. Applications may be submitted by email to info@kennebunkfarmersmarket.org or by postal mail to KFMA Secretary, PO Box 91, Kennebunk ME 04043.
